Cascada Chandelier

Angela Damman has brought her passion for design and her experience in sustainable product innovation to Yucatán. Inspired by age-old techniques of making useful goods from henequen and sansevieria, she spent over two years researching and experimenting with the process to establish new ways of working with the fiber.

Details:
Textural contemporary large chandelier, made with four layers of Sansevieria plant fiber hand tied onto an iron frame.

Fiber is washed, combed, and trimmed to length.

Includes installation kit made of handcrafted iron. Kit includes housing for electrical cable and sockets for six LED bulbs, chain, “s” hooks and ceiling connector. LED bulbs are not included.
